This year’s SheCreates Week 2024, which took place from June 3rd to 9th of 2024, featured seven programs and concluded successfully with the participation of all involved. Thank you to everyone who contributed to the event’s success!
In commemoration of the establishment of SheCreates, we were able to successfully host it for the second time. SheCreates aims to foster creativity, intends to address the needs of our community by offering diverse programs each year.
In addition to last year’s events like bus tour visiting creators’ homes and community market, at SCW24, participants had the opportunity to visit the homes of Myanmar’s renowned creators, attend a symposium on Intangible Heritage, enjoy a fashion show showcasing creative works, and take part in the Startup Hub program connecting business founders with mentors. These events were truly exceptional.
In all the programs, we observed a higher number of visitors than anticipated, and we were able to ensure their satisfaction after each event.
SheCreates is planning to expand with the aim of benefiting a wider audience.
This year, each program has been designed to allow participation from guests who are not members of SheCreates. SheCreates is planning to expand with the aim of benefiting a wider audience.
In line with this goal, individuals starting small businesses through a creator role, such as the StartUp Hub, are being supported. We introduced various organizations to those looking to take the initiative to fill any needed gaps, and planned to connect them to gain a deeper understanding of the services these organizations can provide.
It was also a significant achievement that we were able to organize the Mini Fashion Show, which provided an opportunity to demonstrate that everyone can collaborate in the practical utility of their creations and the message of “Diverse Beauty”.
A short play was presented with the intention of highlighting practices of discrimination and disappearance. The “Pieces to One” Fashion Show, featuring works by SheCreates’ member creators, also showcased their creations.
The audiences engaged in discussions about the Intangible Heritage Archiving Program with interested individuals during the symposium and tea conversations.
Aware of the events taking place around one’s environment and the importance of archiving, SCW24 has initiated a program to empower individuals to archive their content.
Each program has unique objectives and is intended to be implemented in the long term. It is hoped that everyone who participated in SCW24’s programs will have something memorable to take away.

အစီအစဉ်အားလုံးမှာ မှန်းထားတဲ့ ဧည့်သည်လူဦးရေထက် ပိုမိုတက်ရောက်ပေးကြတာကိုလည်း တွေ့ရသလို အစီအစဉ်တခုပြီးတိုင်းလည်း ကျေနပ်မှုကို ရရှိစေကြရန် စီစဉ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒီနှစ်မှာ အစီအစဉ်တိုင်းကို သူမလက်ရာအဖွဲ့ဝင်မဟုတ်သူ ဧည့်သည်များကိုပါ ပါဝင်နိုင်ရန်စီစဉ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။သူမလက်ရာသည် မည်သူ့အတွက်မဆို အကျိုးဖြစ်စေရမည်ဆိုတဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ ပိုမို ကျယ်ပြန့်လာစေရန် စီစဉ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အဲဒီရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ တဆက်တည်းမှာပဲ StartUp Hub လိုမျိုး ဖန်တီးသူအနေအထားမှတဆင့် လုပ်ငန်းငယ်လေးတွေကို အစပျိုးနေသူ၊ အစပျိုးချင်သူများအတွက် လိုအပ်နေတဲ့ကွက်လပ်ဖြည့်ပေးနိုင်ရန် အဖွဲ့အစည်းအသီးသီးနဲ့ မိတ်ဆက်ပေးပြီး အဖွဲ့အစည်းများမှ လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးနိုင်သည်များကို အသေးစိတ်သိရှိလာစေရန်ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးနိုင်ရန် စီစဉ်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။
ဖန်တီးသူ့လက်ရာတွေရဲ့ လက်တွေ့အသုံးဝင်ပုံနှင့် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ပါတဲ့ “မတူကွဲပြားအလှတရား”ဆိုတဲ့ခေါင်းစဉ်တွေနဲ့ အားလုံးပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်တာကို ပြသခွင့်ရခဲ့တဲ့ Mini Fashion Show ကိုလည်း လူငယ်မျိုးဆက်သစ်များရဲ့ အစီအစဉ်နဲ့ စီစဉ်နိုင်ခဲ့တာလည်း မှတ်တိုင်တခုဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံခြင်းဆိုတဲ့ အလေ့အထတွေကို မီးမောင်းထိုး ကွယ်ပျောက်စေလိုတဲ့ဆန္ဒတွေနဲ့ တင်ဆက်ခဲ့တဲ့ ပြဇာတ်တိုလေးရယ်၊ သူမလက်ရာ အဖွဲ့ဝင် ဖန်တီးသူတွေရဲ့ “Pieces to one” Fashion Showတို့မှာလည်း လက်ရာတွေပေါ်လွင်အောင် ပြသနိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
ဒြပ်မဲ့အမွေအနှစ်တွေကို မော်ကွန်းတင်ခြင်းအစီအစဉ်နဲ့ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့တဲ့ ဆွေးနွေးပွဲ၊ စာတမ်းဖတ်ပွဲနဲ့ လက်ဖက်ရည်စကားဝိုင်းတို့မှာလည်း စိတ်ဝင်စားသူတွေနဲ့ ဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ခဲ့ကြပါတယ်။ မိမိတို့ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်မှာ ဖြစ်ပျက်နေတဲ့အဖြစ်အပျက်၊ အတတ်ပညာ၊ အသိသညာ၊ လူပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တွေရဲ့ အကြောင်းအရာတွေကို မှတ်တမ်း မော်ကွန်းတင်နိုင်စေဖို့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ကို SCW24 မှာ မှတ်မှတ်ရရ အစပျိုးလိုက်ပါတယ်။
အစီအစဉ်အားလုံးမှာ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်အသီးသီးရှိသလို ရေရှည်ပြုလုပ်သွားကြဖို့ရည်မှန်းထားကြပါတယ်။
သူမလက်ရာတပတ်တာအစီအစဉ်မှာ ပါဝင်ခဲ့ကြသူတိုင်းအတွက် မှတ်မှတ်ရရတခုခု ကျန်ခဲ့ကြမယ်လို့မျှော်လင့်ပါတယ်။ တဆင့်စကားတဆင့်နဲ့ ကျယ်ပြန့်လာရင် သူမလက်ရာက ကျေနပ်နေပါတယ်။
