When she thought about starting her own small business, she wanted to use the little knowledge she had learned in practice, so she thought that she would sell jewelry. Jewelry is something that everyone values and wears, so she chose the name of the shop, Regalia.
She grew up in a small village and came to Yangon to continue her education after graduating from high school. Although she wanted to take some vocational courses, she took some educational courses due to financial difficulties. Then in 2004, she started working as a sales employee at a Gems and Jewelry Shop. She has a passion for gems, so she carefully studied everything.
Since it is the shop most visited by foreigners, she was so proud to see people buying precious gems from Myanmar. She wanted to open a small shop like that one day. Due to the benefits of working for 14 years, she finally opened her own small shop as a small counter in Kantawgyi Natural Park in 2019.
At the beginning, they consulted with an expert goldsmith and started making small designs such as earrings, rings, pendants, etc., and now we are able to process customer orders according to their needs. As a next step, she invited young people from the village and taught them goldsmithing skills for a free course. Their ability to lead stable lives continues as a good result for her.
People can feel the Burmese style by making small gems produced in Myanmar by hand using gold or pure silver. The main thing is to pay attention to the correct quality of the stone and produce beautiful and neat design work. If the stoneware is cracked or damaged, they also repair it.
As a vision for the future, she would like to create more job opportunities and develop the lives of rural youth, making them professional experts and turning it into a work of art valued and worn not only domestically but also by foreign countries.
ကိုယ်ပိုင် လုပ်ငန်းလေးတစ်ခုကို စလုပ်မယ် စဉ်းစားမိချိန်၊ သူမ တက်ကျွမ်းတဲ့ပညာကို လက်တွေ့ အသုံးပြုချင်တော့၊ ရှိတာတွေ ရင်းနှီးပြီး လက်ဝတ်ရတနာ အလုပ်ကို လုပ်ဖို့ အတွေးရခဲ့တယ်။ ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာဆိုတာ လူတိုင်း တန်ဖိုးထား ဝတ်ဆင်ရတဲ့ အတွက်၊ “မင်းဝတ်တန်ဆာ”လို့ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရတဲ့ “Regalia” ဆိုတဲ့ နာမည်ကို ရွေးခဲ့တာပါ။
ရွာမှာ ကြီးပြင်းခဲ့တဲ့ သူမဟာ အထက်တန်းအောင်ပြီး၊ အလုပ်လုပ်ရင်း ကျောင်းဆက်တက်ဖို့ ရန်ကုန် ရောက်လာခဲ့ပြီး၊ အသက်မွေးဝမ်းကြောင်း သင်တန်း တက်ချင်ပေမဲ့ ငွေကြေးအခက်အခဲကြောင့် ပညာဒါနသင်တန်းလေးတွေ တက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ 2004 ခုနှစ်မှာ Gem and Jewellery Shop မှာ အရောင်း၀န်ထမ်း တစ်ယောက်အနေနဲ့ အလုပ်စလုပ်ခဲ့ရင်း ကျောက်မျက် ဝါသနာပါတဲ့ သူမဟာ အသေးအမွှားလေးက အစ သေသေချာချာ စေ့စေ့စပ်စပ် လေ့လာခဲ့ပါတယ်။
နိုင်ငံခြားသား အများစု လာရောက်ကြတဲ့ ဆိုင်ဖြစ်လို့ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ ကျောက်မျက်တွေကို အမြတ်တနိုး ဝယ်ယူကြတာ တွေ့တော့ ဂုဏ်ယူမဆုံးဖြစ်ခဲ့ရင်း သူမကိုယ်တိုင်လည်း တနေ့ အဲဒီလို ဆိုင်သေးသေးပဲ ဖြစ်ဖြစ် ဖွင့်ချင်ခဲ့တယ်။ 14 နှစ်ကြာ ပြီးတဲ့နောက်မှာ အလုပ်ကို ကြိုးစား လုပ်ကိုင်သင်ယူခဲ့တဲ့ အကျိုးကြောင့် 2019 ခုနှစ် ကိုယ်ပိုင်ဆိုင်ကို ကန်တော်ကြီး Natural park ထဲမှာ မှန်ပုံးတခုနဲ့ စဖွင့်ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
အစမှာ ကျွမ်းကျင် ပန်းထိမ်ဆရာ တစ်ယောက်နဲ့ တိုင်ပင်ပြီး၊ လိုချင်တဲ့ ဒီဇိုင်းတွေကို နားကပ်၊ လက်စွပ်၊ ဆွဲသီး စတာတွေ စလုပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်၊၊ အခုဆိုရင် ဖောက်သည် လိုချင်တဲ့ စိတ်ကြိုက် ဒီဇိုင်းကိုပါ လက်ခံလုပ်ဆောင်နေပါတယ်။ နောက် ခြေလှမ်းတစ်ခုက ရွာမှ လူငယ်တွေ ခေါပြီး ပန်းတိမ်ပညာ အခမဲ့သင်ကြားပေးတာပါ။ သူတို့ရဲ့ ဘ၀ရပ်တည်မှု တစ်ခုရသွားခြင်းဟာ သူမအတွက်လည်း ရလဒ်ကောင်းဖြစ်တယ် ဆိုတာနဲ့ ရှေ့ဆက်နေပါတယ်။
Regalia ဟာ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံထွက် ကျောက်မျက်ရတနာနဲ့ ရွှေ သို့မဟုတ် ငွေစစ်စစ်တို့ကို လက်နဲ့ ပြုလုပ်ဖန်တီးသည့် အတွက် မြန်မာပန်းတိမ်ပညာ အငွေ့အသက်ကို ခံစားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ကျောက်အရည်အသွေး မှန်ကန်ဖို့၊ လှပသပ်ရပ်တဲ့ ဒီဇိုင်းလက်ရာ ရရှိဖို့ကို အလေးထား ဆောင်ရွက်ပါတယ်။ Regalia မှ ဝယ်ယူတဲ့ ကျောက်ထည်များ ကွဲအက်၊ ပျက်စီး၊ ကျောက်ပျောက်ဆုံး ခဲ့ရင်လည်း ပြန်လည် ပြုပြင် ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါတယ်။
အနာဂတ် မျှော်မှန်းချက်က ကျေးလက် လူငယ်လေးတွေအတွက် အလုပ်အကိုင် အခွင့်အလမ်း ပိုမို ရရှိစေရန်နှင့် ကျွမ်းကျင် ပညာရှင်တွေ ဖြစ်လာပြီး အနုပညာလက်ရာ တစ်ခုအနေနဲ့ ပြည်တွင်းသာမက ပြည်ပနိုင်ငံများကပါ တန်ဖိုးထား ဝတ်ဆင်တဲ့ လက်ရာများဖြစ်အောင် ဖော်ဆောင်ချင်ပါတယ်။
