“Huu” is a skincare brand. Huu was founded by Dr. Phway Nu Moe @ Naw Wah Khu Hser, a Karan and Burmese mixed blood woman. With the intention to start a skincare brand that is very minimal, simple and healthy, Huu was made.
Huu was founded in 2022 as a tribute to Karen people. Huu means “white rice” in Sakaw Karen. Rice was chosen as a main ingredient in the products because it plays an important role in the life of Karen people as well as the whole country throughout history.
Huu used Rice and Oat as main ingredients of the products and glass and woods for packaging.
Products are Huu rice and oat cleanser, Huu rice and oat emulsion and Huu Rice Bran Body Oil.

ကျန်းမာရေးနဲ့ ညီညွတ်ပြီး၊ ရိုးရှင်းစွာ အသားအရေကို လှပအောင်ထိန်းသိမ်းပေးတဲ့ brand ဖြစ်ချင်တဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ စတင်ခဲ့တာပါ။ Huu ဆိုတာ စကောကရင်လို “ထမင်းဖြူ” လို့ အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရပါတယ်။ ကရင် ဘာသာစကားနဲ့ Huu ဆိုပြီး နာမည်ပေးထားတာပါ။ ထမင်းဖြူကို အဓိက ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်း အနေနဲ့ အသုံးပြုရတာက၊ ကရင်လူမျိုးတွေ သာမက မြန်မာတစ်ပြည်လုံး ထမင်းဖြူကို အဓိကထား စားကြတာကြောင့်လည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ထုတ်ကုန်များကို ဆန် (rice) နဲ့ အုတ်ဂျုံ (oat) ကို အသုံးပြုပြီး၊ ထုတ်ပိုးမှုကို ဖန်ပုလင်းနဲ့ သစ်သားအဖုံးတွေကို အသုံးပြုထားပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် သဘာဝနဲ့ လိုက်လျောညီတဲ့ (eco friendly) အရာလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အုတ်ဂျုံ (oat) – အသားအရည် ကျန်းမာဖို့အတွက် လိုအပ်ပြီး၊ အရေပြားပေါ်မှာ သဘာဝအတိုင်း ရှင်သန်ပေါက်ဖွားနေတဲ့ ပိုးမွှားလေးတွေ (microbes) ကို ထိန်းညှိပေးတယ်။ မကောင်းတဲ့ ဘက်တီးရီးယား ပိုးမွှားတွေနဲ့ ခရမ်းလွန်ရောင်ခြည်ကနေ ကာကွယ်မှုပေးတယ်။ အသားရည်ခြောက်သွေ့ခြင်း မဖြစ်အောင် ကာကွယ်ပေးလို့ (eczema၊psoriasis) စတဲ့ အရည်ပြားပြဿနာတွေကို သက်သာစေတယ်။ သဘာဝအတိုင်း (saponins) များ ပါဝင်နေလို့ အညစ်ကြေးတွေကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက် စုတ်ယူဖယ်ရှား ပေးနိုင်တယ်။

Cleanser ဆိုတာ micellar water လား၊ makeup remover လားလို့ ခဏခဏ မေးကြလို့ ရှင်းပြပါရစေ။ Cleanser ဆိုတာ ဆပ်ပြာပါပဲ။ မျက်နှာမှာရော ခန္ဓာကိုယ်မှာပါ အသုံးပြုလို့ ရတဲ့ နုညံ့သော ဆပ်ပြာရည်ပါ။

Emulsion က Huu ရဲ့ လူကြိုက်များတဲ့ ထုတ်ကုန်ပါ။ Emulsion ဆိုတာ moisturizer လို၊ lotion လို၊ moisturizing step မှာ လိမ်းပေးရတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Light weight ဖြစ်လို့ Oily skin သမားတွေ ကနေ Dry Skin အထိ all skin type အဆင်ပြေပါတယ်။ Face and Body အသုံးပြုလို့ ရပါတယ်။ အနံ့က ဆန်နံ့သင်းသင်းဖြစ်လို့၊ စိတ်ကို ပြေလျော့စေပါတယ်။
