Café Deja Brew is a local aesthetic café founded in early 2019. It’s a space for aspiring aesthetics, artists, performers and arts lovers where a place to array, create and share ideas over freshly brewed coffee.
Deja Brew house blends coffee beans with the concept of farm to cup sourcing directly from indigenous farmers of Southern Shan State and aiming to promote the Specialty Coffee Culture of Third wave Myanmar Coffee Trend. Cafe Deja Brew is a cafe-oriented cafe focusing only on coffee culture.
Café Deja Brew holds the norms of green and responsible business practices with the low plastic concept cafe since We established in 2019’. Every single act of our café is ethically, environmentally and has a positive impact on the coffee communities and now Cafe Deja Brew has (3) outlets in town.

Café Deja Brew ကော်ဖီဆိုင်ကို ၂၀၁၉ ခုနှစ်မှာ စတင် ဖွင့်လှစ်ခဲ့ပြီး လွတ်လပ်တဲ့ လူငယ်တို့ရဲ့ အနုပညာနှင့် ပတ်သက်သော စိတ်ကူး အတွေးအခေါ်များကို ကော်ဖီသောက်ရင်း တွေ့ဆုံပြောဆို ဖန်တီးနိုင်တဲ့ အသိုင်းအဝိုင်း ရပ်ဝန်းတစ်ခုပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ကော်ဖီစိုက်ခင်းမှ ကော်ဖီခွက်ထဲ အထိ (Farm to Cup) ဆိုတဲ့ concept အတိုင်း Cafe Deja Brew ရဲ့ ကိုယ်ပိုင်အမှတ်တံဆိပ် (in-house blend) ကော်ဖီများကို ရှမ်းပြည် တောင်ပိုင်း နှင့် မြောက်ပိုင်းရှိ တောင်သူတို့ရဲ့ ကော်ဖီခြံများမှ တိုက်ရိုက်ရွေးချယ် သုံးစွဲနေတာ ဖြစ်ပြီး မြန်မာ့အထူးတန်းဝင် ကော်ဖီသောက်သုံးခြင်း ယဉ်ကျေးမှုကို ပိုမိုအထူးပြု အားထုတ်ဖို့ ရွယ်ရည်ပါတယ်။ Cafe Deja Brew ဟာ ကော်ဖီကို အဓိကထားတဲ့ (cafe oriented) ဆိုင် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
