From 2006 to 2015, Ms. Khin Aye worked as a manager in Phoenix Association’s (NGO) sewing industry for 9 years. Having received design and business support from Hla Day, she has been working with Hla Day since 2016 to produce products under the name Hnin Zie. The name is derived from the rose and lavender flowers representing Rovender’s director Ms. Khin Aye and her daughter.
Ms. Khin Aye is very fond of traditional textiles and design, Since she is a hobbyist of sewing, traditional Burmese natural dye fabric, cotton fabric, she uses ethnic motifs to create handicrafts. Through her creations, she aims to make people more aware of the value of traditional Burmese textiles and learn to love them.
Rovender aims to provide employment opportunities for women suffering from HIV, single mothers and married women.

Rovender ရဲ့ ပဲ့ကိုင်ရှင် မခင်အေးသည် ၂၀၀၆ မှ ၂၀၁၅ ခုနှစ်ထိ (၉) နှစ်ကြာ Phoenix Association (NGO လူမှုအဖွဲ့) ၏ စက်ချုပ်လုပ်ငန်းတွင် မန်နေဂျာအဖြစ် ဦးဆောင်လုပ်ကိုင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ Hla Day-လှတယ် မှ ဒီဇိုင်းပိုင်းနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ထောက်ပံ့မူများရရှိခဲ့ပြီး အတူပူးပေါင်းကာ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို ၂၀၁၆ ခုနှစ်မှစပြီး နှင်းဆီ-Hnin Zie အမည်နဲ့ ကိုယ်တိုင်စတင်ချုပ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
